Unique in its concept this home stands on an island off the coast of South Carolina. Designed by Fred Peccini, AIA of Mt. Pleasant, SC, developer, general contractor and owner John Porretto of Houston, TX arguably built the most energy efficient, solid, and well thought through building in coastal South Carolina. He exclusively used green materials such as Henselstone's windows and doors.
