A dual seal threshold is aboput three inches tall. That is a negative for many people. However, it is very water resistent and seals tighly around the whole sash. Henselstone's solution: Integrate the threshold into the subfloor. Now the top of the threshold is flush with the finished floor, even in a renovation.
